Homework for Extra Credit

This is the area for your homework for extra credit.

An essay should be double-spaced. Margins at 1" on sides and 1.25" on the top and bottom. If you use Times New Roman 12-point font this generally yields about 250 words per page--depending on vocabulary.

It is generally a bad idea to play tricks with fonts, spacing, or margins to make an essay appear to be the right length. It is obvious and annoying.

Assignment 1 -  a) Describe three of the four parenting styles b) Identify the style that is most effective and discuss why. Essay must be a minimum of 250 words.

Assignment 2 - Watch the 50 1st Dates video and read about memory retention in your book. Discuss how information is retained in our brain and how it relates to the video. Essay must be a minimum of 250 words.
